Luisa and Beat H. Perren published on Monday December 14. their new Matterhorn book (Matterhorn, Cervin, Cervino).This illustrated book takes the reader to the summit following the classic routes.
Before climbing the Furggridge in December 2007 Simon and Michi Lerjen call Beat Perren to tell him about the planned ascent. With a high interest in pictures of the Furggridge overhang Beat takes off with the helicopter in the morning. Hovering above Simon and Michi`s heads the photographer takes some breathtaking pictures.
In springtime 2008 Simon and I climb the Zmuttridge. Thanks to the high quality of the pictures taken, the reader of Matterhorn is very close to the climbers.
